How to trim an audio file
The tool supports the audio and video formats your browser can decode. Everything is processed on your device.

A precise cut without recompression
The selected interval is copied and saved as a 16-bit WAV. This avoids adding another generation of MP3 or Ogg compression, although the WAV can be larger than a compressed file.
